This show is huge and is also co-located, which means it’s 2 shows in one due to it being paired with Seafood Processing North America. The challenge…capturing everything! Conference, chef demos, oyster shucking, products, equipment and the handshakes. I think I need a skateboard sometimes at some of these events. You end up walking so much and that’s why it’s good to have a few pairs of Smartwool socks to keep your feet comfy.
I got so much good footage at this show. Tons of seafood shots, but we didn’t use a whole lot in these videos. It’s important to show the business that takes place as well as the fun things to see like the oyster shucking competition as well as the chef demos. So much to see!
